Privacy Policy

All data you create in Hashi is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted off it. This includes:

• Journal entries — text, photos, voice notes, mood, and location tags
• Goals and intentions — themes, milestones, assessments, and progress
• Routines and habits — morning/night routines, habit tracking, and reminders
• Daily and weekly planning — tasks, events, reflections, gratitude, and objectives
• Profile information — name, avatar, and preferences you optionally provide
• App settings — theme, notification preferences, and display options

Hashi requests access to certain device features to enable specific functionality. Each permission is optional and only used when you engage with the related feature.

You can revoke any permission at any time through your device's Settings app.

Hashi may use Apple Intelligence — Apple's on-device language model — to provide features such as goal suggestions and intention summaries. All processing happens entirely on your device. No data is sent to external AI services.

Hashi allows you to export your data as backup files or PDFs. Backups can optionally be encrypted with a password you choose. These files are created locally on your device — where you store or share them afterward is under your control.

Hashi does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs. There are no analytics providers, crash reporters, ad networks, or cloud services involved.

Your data is protected by the security measures built into your device and operating system. Backup files can be additionally protected with AES-GCM encryption using a password of your choosing.

Hashi does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The app does not collect or transmit any personal data from any user, regardless of age.

If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Since the app does not collect contact information, we encourage you to review this policy periodically.
